Karel On Steroids - Phantasm Edition

The Karel on Steroids is an old friend that we brewed for the first time in 2015. The intention was to brew a "regular" Karel, but a mistake by one brewer who accidentally poured hops into the wrong tank created an extra hoppy Double IPA at a whopping 8,5%.

In July 2023, to celebrate our 300th brew at our new brewery, we decided to brew Karel On Steroids with phantasm hops. This edition is canned at a very limited run in only a couple hundred cans and a few kegs!
