Lago De Fuego

After what feels like an eternity, we’re thrilled to finally release our hulking Imperial Fruited Sour collab w/ @schwarzerose_craftbeer into the world.

Lago de Fuego (“Lake of Fire”) is our insane take on both horchata de mélon and horchata de coco – two obscure versions of the coveted sweet Central American beverage.

Fermented once again with a magic lactic-producing yeast and resilient Cali yeast, this mighty beast is comprised of over half a ton of melon purée and concentrate, a double dosing of toasted flaked coconut, cinnamon, vanilla, and sea salt.
