SANT ADRIÀ 66

It's hard to believe Garage Beer Co turns 8 this year. It's been quite a journey and to mark this milestone we have brewed four beers named after the address of each of our four locations. each beer carrying significance for that location. Sant Adria 66 is a DIPA that features some of the boldest hop varieties on the market and it wasn't until we moved to our production brewery at this site that we felt our DIPA game really took off. This one is pale, milky and thick as! Huge amounts of flaked oats and wheat provide the fluffy, soft structure atop which we layed on Nelson Sauvin, Simcoe, Citra T90 and Cryo. The result is a beautiful example of where dank, floral and resin are harmonized with sweeter fruit notes like peach and guava.
