We call Warmouth a bootleg NEIPA, because it uses an obscure yet delicious yeast by Bootleg Biology. This small, alternative yeast lab from Nashville created a unique blend of fruit-forward yeasts that work extremely well with aromatic hops, resulting in a gorgeous rainbow of flavours. Every version will have a different hop combination, for V10: Idaho7 Cryo, Azacca & Simcoe
